ARS 28-1381A3 makes driving with any drug in your system that impairs your ability to drive safely. Statute applies to illegal as well as prescription drugs. If your pill container has a sticker on it restricting you from “operating heavy machinery”, you should question whether you are too impaired with that drug in your system to drive a vehicle.A minor under the age of 18 will lose his/her DL for 2 years if caught DUI. Minors who are 18, 19 or 20 will also lose their license, but for only 1 year, if caught DUI. A minor using a fake ID can lose his/her DL for up to 2 years whether DUI or not.
